Iowa State University offers convenient group and individual shuttle services to and from the Des Moines International Airport exclusively for ISU students. Shuttle Drivers for Official University Business

Need a driver for a university event or field trip? Our professional staff is available to assist. Submit your request using the Shuttle Driver Request Form. Requests must be submitted at least one week in advance. If less than a week, please confirm driver availability before submitting.

  • Driver Cost: $25/hour + vehicle rental
  • Cancellation Fee: $75 if canceled within 24 hours of reservation

One-Way Car Rental to Local Airports for Official University Business

You may arrange a car rental for one-way airport travel through Enterprise for university business. Enterprise vehicles are available for pick up or return at the Ames Enterprise location and then be returned or picked up at the Enterprise desk at the Des Moines airport.
